BaselineNext Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — Effective 7 July 2026

1. Overview

These Terms are a generic starter document for BaselineNext. The project owner should replace them with product-specific legal content before launch.

BaselineNext includes account authentication, users, billing, admin tooling, email, Redis, jobs, observability, and Postgres foundations.

2. Accounts

An account is responsible for activity under its workspace, including users created or invited by that account. Account holders must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.

3. Users

Users may access product features made available by the account. Downstream projects should define user roles, permissions, acceptable use rules, and any age or eligibility requirements that apply to the finished product.

4. Billing

The baseline includes Stripe billing foundations. Downstream projects should define final plan names, prices, trial terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, taxes, and refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

Accounts and users must not misuse the service, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Service Changes

The application may change over time. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed as the product evolves.

7. Availability

No service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, configuration issues, or security events may affect access.

8. Data And Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Downstream projects should update both documents together so they accurately describe the launched product.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Downstream projects should define any required notice, export, or retention process.

10. Disclaimers

BaselineNext is provided on the terms described here. The project owner is responsible for product behavior, legal compliance, security review, and production readiness.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
